Please let me know if there is any allergies  before any treatment started
You do not need to wash your hair before coming It will be washed for you.Just make sure there is no gel or any product.The treatment can take 3-5+hours. the treatment can lighten the color of your hair 
After treatment, you will have to leave it down (no elastics or tight clips)You can not wash it for 72 hours. In addition, you can not color your hair 10 days before and 10 days after. For best results, you will need to wash your hair with sulfate-free, paraben-free and silicone-free shampoo.
